Effective 6/1/2021, all patients are still required to wear a mask to their appointment as medical practices are considered an exception to the statewide lifting of the mask mandate.

We will be continuing to offer Telemedicine appointments during this time should you wish to see Stephen Z. Smith, MD from home.

 Due to a high demand for appointments, our office is now mandating a new cancellation policy.  Beginning on 6/18/2021, any appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
