 If you have any questions about billing or your care, feel free to send a message to Dr. Smith or any of our staff through the portal.

 If you'd like to pay your bill online, you can do so through your portal account.

If you would like a refill, please have your pharmacy fax us a refill request.

 You can complete your preregistration forms and sign your consents online through the portal at your convenience.
