Tips before your call:

- You may need to restart your device prior to your appointment.
Do I need a camera and a microphone?
If you wish to do a telemedicine video chat, then yes you will need a device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop/computer that allows you to this.
If you do not have a device capable of video, we can still schedule you for a phone chat with Dr. Smith.
What if I didn't get an email?
Please call our office if you did not receive your email.

We use a HIPAA compliant video platform for all our telemedicine visits. All appointments are secure.
