Our facility can be easily accessed by taking the Breckinridge Lane exit off of I-264 (also known as the Watterson Expressway) in the city of Saint Matthews.

Our office is located within the Baptist Health Louisville complex, specifically in the 3950 building which is situated on the same side as the main hospital building.

There is no cost for parking at our location. However, Baptist Health does offer valet parking as an additional convenience.
